Senior Network / Infrastructure Engineer Leicester Hybrid £50,000-£60,000 We''re partnering with a highly reputable organisation near Leicester to recruit a Senior Network / Infrastructure Engineer. This is a hybrid role with 2 days working from home after probation, offering the opportunity to work within a large-scale enterprise environment supporting 7,000+ endpoints, 1,600+ Cisco LAN devices and 220+ WAN links across the UK. The Role You''ll act as a senior escalation point, providing technical leadership while designing, implementing, maintaining and optimising critical network and infrastructure services. Key Skills and Experience Advanced hands-on Cisco networking experience. Strong LAN/WLAN/WAN troubleshooting across multiple sites. Advanced routing: BGP, EIGRP and OSPF. Network design, implementation and optimisation. Strong understanding of network security. CCNA, CCNP or equivalent experience. Experience with Cisco Catalyst and Wireless. Knowledge of Cisco Firepower FMC, ISE and ISE-PIC highly desirable. Experience with Azure / hybrid environments. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle complex escalations. Previous experience providing technical leadership or mentoring. Why Apply?
