We''re looking for a customer-focused Infrastructure Engineer with strong networking expertise to join the growing team. The Role You''ll lead and support networking projects, manage infrastructure, and provide remote and on-site support. You''ll work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality IT solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support secure, scalable network solutions across multi-site customer environments. Lead the delivery of network and core infrastructure projects, including new installations, upgrades, and migrations. Manage and maintain on-prem and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Provide senior-level support for routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and WAN connectivity. Administer and support Windows Server environments, virtualised platforms (Hyper-V), and associated services. Support and optimise Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure, Azure AD, Office 365, and Intune. Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, and security; proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.
