We re working with an established MSP/MSSP that s looking for an experienced engineer to strengthen its networking capability. It s a mixture of 3rd line network support and project delivery, so you won t just be sitting on a ticket queue all day. You ll pick up the more complex networking escalations while also getting involved in firewall replacements, network refreshes, connectivity changes, wireless deployments, office moves and SD-WAN projects. The important thing is that you can take ownership. When something gets complicated, you re comfortable getting into the network, working out what s actually going wrong and seeing it through to resolution.
