Senior Network Engineer

A skilled Network Engineer is required to support high-performance network initiatives within a fast-paced financial services environment. This urgent contract opportunity focuses on automation-first network infrastructure design across hybrid cloud, data centres, and low-latency environments.You’ll join a highly capable team delivering strategic upgrades to core network services—leveraging automation, SDLC best practices, and infrastructure-as-code to drive scalable and secure architectures.The requirements are as follows:CCNP-certified with strong hands-on experience across enterprise networkingDeep expertise in BGP and routing design, ideally supported by CCDP or equivalentProficiency with Cisco IOS-XR, Cisco NX-OS, and/or Arista EOSExperience with WAN/OTN networks, and knowledge of Juniper and/or Nokia platformsFamiliarity with network automation using Python and Ansible (Day-1/Day-2 operations)Understanding of CI/CD, SDLC workflows, and secure-by-design principlesExposure to low-latency or trading networks is highly desirableExperience in service provider environments is advantageousThis is a high-impact role supporting a critical infrastructure uplift across a global estate—offering exposure to advanced network technologies and performance-driven ..... full job details .....
