Senior Network Architect Milton Keynes (Hybrid 3 days PW) £550 - £600pd DOE (Inside IR35/Umbrella) 6 month initial contract Ideally SC/DV Cleared (Need to be eligible if not) My central Government client is looking for an experienced Network Architect to support them with the delivery and management of key national security capabilities.You will liaise with stakeholders/customers and interpret business requirements into technical ones and support technical teams in delivery of capabilities, providing 4th level technical oversight to customer issues.The ideal candidate will have experience in an enterprise environment, ideally within a Government body.Essential Experience Required:Networking architecture such as Network Topology and configurationWireless network architectureFirewallsNetwork load balancingInter/intra site connectivityVirtual private network configurationPublic could connectivity Experience creating technical and architectural documents such as options assessments, low and high-level technical designs. Experience of requirements management and ownership of deliverables. Working knowledge of auditing and security products configuration. A comprehensive understanding of NCSC, GDS, CIS, Cyber Essentials, and NIST IT security principles, along with experience in UK government technology strategies and policies.
