More businesses are moving onto the system over the next couple of years, so both the platform and this role get bigger with time. This is a role with real ownership. You will lead the relationship with the businesses using the system, work out what they need next, and develop the platform to deliver it. A full stack developer reports to you, so you will be reviewing their work and shaping how they grow, while staying hands-on in the code yourself every day. The company is in a proper growth phase: five hires this year across development and infrastructure, with new testing and project management functions being built out too.
