Senior Negotiator / Valuer Nuneaton Full Time, Permanent £28,000 basic salary + commission (OTE £35,000) Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Negotiator to join their growing Nuneaton team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estate agent looking for their next step, with the opportunity to become an important and trusted member of the team. Our client is ideally looking for someone with some valuation experience, although this is not an exclusively valuation-focused position. The successful candidate will work closely with the Branch Manager, assisting with valuations where required and providing management cover during holidays. Most importantly, our client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, understands estate agency, knows the local market and is prepared to get involved across all aspects of the branch.
