Location: South Kensington and Knightsbridge, LondonSalary: Competitive SalaryHours: Full timeContract: Permanent We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an experienced Lettings and Sales Negotiator to join our Kensington and Chelsea office. As a Senior Negotiator/Negotiator, you will manage the sales and lettings of a portfolio of properties and will contribute to the growth of the office by meeting set targets and ensuring compliance with our Residential letting and sales SOPs. Additionally, you will help to build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and potential clients. Main Tasks Register applicants on our software package (REAPIT) Maintain regular contact with your applicants and ensure they are offered suitable properties Set up viewings and accompany applicants on multiple viewings Source properties from other agents (where possible) Network, search for and develop new business opportunities Ensure the SOPs for Residential Lettings and sales are adhered to Operate in accordance with current legislation Provide information, advice and feedback to potential and existing landlords and tenants Carry out market appraisals when required Liaise with clients throughout ..... full job details .....
