Senior NEC Project Manager- Birmingham

About the Role We are seeking a Mid-Senior NEC Project Manager with strong construction delivery experience and a practical understanding of site operations and construction activities. You will be responsible for managing projects throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring contractors perform against contractual obligations, programme milestones, budgetary requirements, and quality expectations. Working alongside construction managers, commercial teams, designers, contractors, and client stakeholders, you will drive delivery performance while maintaining strong governance and safety standards. The successful candidate will be confident operating within challenging construction environments, capable of holding contractors to account, resolving delivery issues, and making informed decisions to keep projects on track. This role requires a hands-on project manager who is comfortable spending significant time on site, engaging directly with delivery teams and contractor organisations to ensure successful project outcomes.
