The Role Drive sales, gross margin and overall category performance. Win new business and identify opportunities with untapped retailers. Grow existing accounts through increased distribution, new listings and range expansion. Build strong relationships with senior retail buyers and decision-makers. Develop customer plans, forecasts, promotional strategies and product ranges. Identify market trends and new product opportunities. Work cross-functionally to deliver successful product launches and maximise commercial performance.
