This is an exciting opportunity to join a global premium spirits business with a portfolio of some of the world’s most admired brands. With ambitious growth plans across the UK, the company is looking for a commercially astute Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of key grocery customers and drive performance through best-in-class trading relationships and brand activation.
The Role
As Senior National Account Manager, you will:
- Own and deliver commercial performance across your customer base, driving sales, contribution, and share growth in line with budget and long-term strategy.
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with key grocery accounts, negotiating JBPs and ensuring compliance to agreements.
- Work cross-functionally with category, finance, customer marketing, NRM, and supply chain teams to deliver customer-centric plans that balance brand equity with sustainable profit.
- Execute pack, price, and promotional strategies that optimise distribution, visibility, and activation.
- Manage forecasting, investment, and spend with rigour to deliver ROI and protect profitability.
- Champion brand activation standards in-store, ensuring plans are executed to the highest level.
About You
We’re looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience managing Top 4 grocery retail accounts within drinks or wider FMCG.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance brand building and value delivery.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with experience delivering JBPs at senior buyer level.
- A track record of working cross-functionally to deliver sales and share growth.
- High standards of financial and operational control, ensuring accountability on forecasting, pricing, and spend.
