This is a pivotal role within a high-growth, health-focused FMCG brand operating across major UK grocery multiples and 8+ categories, focused on flavour, functionality, and innovation.As National Account Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with key retail customers (e.g., Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s) while driving new business opportunities and supporting NPD launches. You’ll collaborate with internal teams across marketing, operations, and manufacturing to implement commercial plans and sustain strong brand performance.Key Responsibilities

Own and execute customer-specific business plans to drive profitable growthDevelop and manage promotional calendars and activation plansIdentify and convert new business opportunities and lead NPD listingsBuild compelling pitches and present to major UK retailersForecast and track sales performance, reporting back to internal teamsAnalyse category data and market insights to inform strategyRepresent the brand at events, store visits, and retailer meetingsWhat We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing top 4 grocery accounts within FMCG (Food or Drink)A commercial thinker with strong category, shopper and customer insightConfident managing PandL and using data to build compelling proposalsA driven self-starter who’s adaptable, resilient, and thrives in a start-up environmentExcellent communication and negotiation skillsComfortable working remotely and independently, with willingness to travelDegree-educated with 3+ years in a similar sales or account management roleWhat’s on Offer
