Our client is a well-established, independent MSK clinic based in Nailsea, Bristol, known for providing high-quality, personalised care. With 45-minute appointment slots and a strong focus on patient-centred treatment, this clinic is ideal for a Senior MSK Physiotherapist looking to escape the pressure of fast-paced environments. You’ll join a supportive, low-ego team and be encouraged to contribute ideas as the clinic continues to grow and shape its services.
This is a part-time employed role across four days per week, including 2–3 later shifts (12:00–19:30). Optional Saturday mornings are also available. Ideally, the role will start by October 2025, but earlier start dates can be accommodated.
Senior MSK Physiotherapist responsibilities

Deliver one-to-one MSK physiotherapy sessions, each lasting 45 minutes

Manage a varied caseload, with a strong focus on active lifestyles and return to sport

Provide thorough assessments and effective, hands-on treatment

Run or contribute to small group rehab and exercise classes

Work closely with a close-knit team to maintain high standards of care

Contribute ideas to support service development as the clinic evolves
Senior MSK Physiotherapist requirements

HCPC and CSP registered physiotherapist

Minimum 3 years’ post-graduate MSK experience

Strong manual therapy skills

Experience or interest in sports injuries and/or orthopaedics

Confident managing your own caseload

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Reliable, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care

Acupuncture and sports massage skills welcome but not essential

Comfortable working with a wide age range (no paediatrics required)
