With three busy sites in Andover and Salisbury-and more on the way-you''ll be part of a thriving, multi-vehicle repair network that values skill, initiative, and professional growth.Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles, ensuring top-quality workmanship Perform all aspects of vehicle servicing, including: Engine replacements Timing chains and belts Gearbox exchanges Clutch and brake repairs Exhaust systems Tyre fitting and balancing Conduct advanced diagnostics and fault finding Carry out routine maintenance and safety checks Work closely with Workshop and Site Managers to ensure efficient workflow Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Perform MOT testingRequirements Fully qualified Motor Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Proven experience in diagnostics, repairs, and servicing across multiple vehicle types Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools Valid UK driving license MOT tester certification preferred, but not essential Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to high standards of safety and customer serviceWhy Join Us?
