This is a high-volume opportunity within a flagship branch, offering strong lead flow, excellent support, and genuine high earnings potential.The role will initially require you to be office-based 3-4 days per week to build relationships with estate agency teams and maximise lead conversion. Once established, hybrid flexibility is offered.You will benefit from a consistent pipeline of 7-10 mortgage leads per week, supported by a high-performing branch completing over 70 property sales per month.
