The Role

• Deliver monitoring services for funders and lenders
• Undertake site inspections and progress reviews
• Produce monitoring reports
• Review project costs, cashflow and risk
• Monitor compliance with funding agreements
• Support growth of the regional team

Requirements

• MRICS qualified
• Previous monitoring surveying experience
• Strong construction and development knowledge
• Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying background
