Technical Skills

Experience with Flutter for cross-platform development (iOS, Android, Web).Solid background in Kotlin / Java, with knowledge of Jetpack Compose.Familiarity with RxJava / Coroutines for managing asynchronous tasks.Experience integrating with Proto3, WebSockets, and REST APIs.Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.Ability to design and implement scalable mobile architectures.Experience

Proven track record of shipping production-ready mobile apps.Experience working in cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product).Previous involvement in incident response and root cause analysis.Hands-on experience running A/B testing and performance monitoring.Familiarity with inclusive design and accessibility best practices.Soft Skills and Behaviours

Strong collaboration skills, able to work closely with design, product, and backend teams.Proactive in unblocking dependencies and supporting peers.Passion for knowledge sharing and mentoring within mobile teams.Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-deployment environment (750+ monthly releases).Ability to balance speed with quality, ensuring high test coverage and bug resolution.Preferred Profile
