What You\''ll Do

Optimize and deploy deep learning models on custom accelerators (e.g. Digital In-Memory Computing)

Apply advanced techniques: quantization, pruning, compression

Work across frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, OpenVINO, TVM)

Collaborate with hardware, compiler, and embedded teams

Benchmark and validate performance in real-world edge scenarios (CV, robotics, industrial AI)

What You Bring

7+ years in ML engineering, with deep expertise in model optimization for edge or custom silicon

Strong knowledge of neural networks, hardware-aware inference, and deployment pipelines

Hands-on with embedded inference toolchains and performance profiling

Python, C++, and a mindset for getting things running fast and efficiently
