Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer/Technical Design Authority (TDA) £500pd inside IR35 6 months initially Reading - on site We''re looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our Technical Design Authority (TDA) team, providing technical leadership, governance and hands-on expertise across our enterprise Microsoft 365 environment. You''ll be the technical authority for Microsoft 365 technologies, supporting business-critical projects, providing 3rd line escalation, assuring technical designs and driving best practice across a modern hybrid IT estate. You''ll work closely with IT leadership, project teams, suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with corporate standards. What You''ll Be Doing Act as the senior technical authority for Microsoft 365 services across the business. Provide expert 3rd Line support and technical escalation for complex Microsoft 365 issues. Review and approve technical designs, ensuring solutions meet business, security and architectural standards. Participate in project governance, technical assurance and Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. Support technical delivery throughout the project life cycle, from initial design through to operational handover. Provide guidance on Microsoft 365 strategy, security and continuous improvement.
