Key skills we seek for this Senior MICE Operations role include : fluency in Spanish and English strong knowledge of the UK as a MICE destination Experience of creating and designing MICE programmes including negotiating with key industry partners such as 5 star hotels, transport, restaurants, event spaces, guides and visitors experiences Knowledge of operating meetings, conferences and incentive groups The company offer a hybrid work life with 2 days in their central London office. Boasting a low turnover of staff, the company work a lot with South American and Spanish corporate clients sending MICE business to the UK - they also work in the sports sector including football, motor racing,teniis and rugby.
