Senior Metalwork SupervisorSalary: Negotiable depending on experienceLocation: Basildon, EssexHours: Mon-Fri, 8.00am - 5.00pm An established architectural metalwork specialist in Basildon is seeking a Senior Metalwork Supervisor to lead daily workshop operations and deliver high-quality bespoke fabrication projects. Duties:Lead daily workshop operations, managing workflow, labor, and timelines.Interpret technical drawings and solve fabrication/assembly challenges.Oversee standards to ensure components meet strict architectural specifications.Mentor and supervise skilled fabricators and welders.Enforce HandS standards while liaising with Design and Production teams.Key RequirementsProven supervisory experience in bespoke, architectural, or high-end metalwork.Strong knowledge of sheet metal, structural fabrication, MIG/TIG welding, forming, and finishing.Advanced capability to read complex engineering drawings.Familiarity with workshop machinery (brake press, guillotine) and metals such as mild/stainless steel, brass, and bronze.Benefits and PackageCompetitive salary (DOE)25 days holiday + bank holidays 4x annual salary Death in Service benefitSimply Health cash planCompany pension schemeApply today! ..... full job details .....
