Senior Merchandiser - High Street RetailerCentral LondonHybrid working + company benefits A market leading high street retailer known globally for its apparel, outerwear, accessories and footwear ranges is currently recruiting for a Senior Merchandiser with strong outerwear product development and category management experience to join it''s established buying and merchandising team. As the Senior Merchandiser your main responsibility is to deliver the category performance objectives in-line with the retailer''s growth strategy, maximise and drive sales and profit for the brands whilst minimising markdown spend. You will be fully accountable for trading, maintaining the Category''s WSSI, managing stock and OTB. Building strong relationships with external brands and suppliers, internal buying and digital teams, whilst overseeing the merchandising and allocations team. The ideal candidate will be at Merchandiser level working for a fashion retailer, brand or online retailer. Possessing excellent people management, leadership, negotiation, presentation, numerical, analytical, communication (written and verbal) skills and the ability to work with multiple internal departments and external suppliers and brands. You must have excellent I.T skills using Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and WSSI. This is a fantastic opportunity to join merchandising team of a market leading retailer.
