Senior MEP Site Manager

We''re looking for a Senior MEP Site Manager to join our Kier Mechanical and Electrical (KME) team based in Gosport. Location: Site Based, Gosport, HampshireHours: To suit project needs - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. We are looking for a Senior MEP Site Manager and are open to backgrounds from either discipline. You''ll oversee installations while working collaboratively with our project teams to ensure successful delivery to specification, on time and within budget. This is an opportunity to take ownership of delegated works packages, guide other supervisors, and contribute to major projects across sectors including custodial, commercial, education, health and science. What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Site Manager, you''ll be working within the Kier Mechanical and Electrical (KME) team, supporting them in delivering compliant, safe and high-quality MEP installations. Your day to day will include: Ensuring all works are carried out safely in line with Kier standards, project requirements and UK law, with appropriate risk assessments and method statements Leading on installations and coordinating services delivery, ensuring efficient construction and compliance with contract requirements Managing quality control procedures and providing accurate progress updates to the project management team Guiding and overseeing other ..... full job details .....
