This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute MEP professional with strong mechanical and electrical building services experience to take ownership of commercial activities on large-scale projects. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent commercial awareness, strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of MEP packages throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
