Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor - London A progressive London cost consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their specialist building services offering. Working across major residential, mixed-use, commercial and living-led developments, this is an excellent opportunity for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to become involved in complex, design-led schemes across the capital. The successful Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will lead the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages from early design and cost planning through procurement, construction and final account. The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will work closely with developers, engineers, architects and contractors, providing informed cost advice and helping clients make commercially sound decisions throughout the development lifecycle. This position would suit a technically strong Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working on ambitious London developments where building services represent a significant element of overall project cost and performance. The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to take ownership of commissions, develop client relationships and support junior team members while contributing to the continued growth of the MEP cost management service.
