We need a Senior MEP Planner to lead thriving team based in the the north of England (Manchester, Leeds or Newcastle). Our client is happy to look at existing Planning Managers however those at senior planner level will be given a progression plan toward becoming the regional lead. Senior PlannerWe are looking for a Senior Planner to take a leading role across major building services projects, you will have the opportunity to influence projects at the stage where your experience matters most. Rather than simply maintaining a programme, you will shape delivery strategy, question assumptions and remove risks before they become expensive site issues. You will work across the full project lifecycle, with a particular focus on programme development, risk management, and delay analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and update detailed project programmes using Primavera P6 or Asta, reflecting current scope, resources and site conditionsProduce and manage Level 1 to Level 4 programmes for complex building services projects, including MEP, HVAC, electrical and public health installationsIntegrate design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities into master programmesEstablish baseline programmes and manage change ..... full job details .....
