Senior MEP Project Manager

Client: An established building services contractor specialising in mechanical and electrical installations across the commercial construction and fit-out sectors across London. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects, providing a comprehensive range of building services solutions from design and installation through to testing and commissioning. With a portfolio of projects across London and the wider commercial market, the company continues to deliver technically challenging schemes in collaboration with leading clients such as Structure Tone, Overbury and Parkeray. Role: Senior MEP Project Manager - Central London - £400-£500 per day or PAYE equivalent The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a £10M MandE package within their own discipline, reporting into an Operations Director. Key to this role is managing the project; ensuring it is completed on time, to a high quality and within budget. Responsibilities: Tender review/validation Design Management (reviewing design liaising with client, main contractor and consultants) Procurement of subcontractors, kit and plant Technical submittals RFIs Liaison with client team, main contractor and sub contractors Value Engineering where applicable Programming of works Health and Safety management (RAMs) Commercial Responsibility, assisting with sub contractor variation accounts working alongside project specific Quantity Survey.
