Senior MEP Design Manager

We''re looking for a Senior MEP Design Manager to join our KME Design Management Team. Location: London. Flexible on location.Hours: Full Time. As a Senior Design Manager, you''ll play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of profitable projects from tender through to completion. Working within our KME business, you''ll manage design activities across multiple or large-scale schemes, ensuring solutions meet and exceed customer requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects ranging from £5m to £150m+ across various sectors including education, health, defence, and commercial. You''ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, innovation, and professional development. What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Design Manager, you''ll be working within the KME team, supporting them in delivering complex MEP design solutions across major projects. Your day to day will include: Managing internal and external design teams, ensuring clear scopes and alignment with contract requirements Overseeing design activities to agreed budgets, programmes and quality standards Leading design safety reviews and ensuring CDM requirements are incorporated throughout Building effective relationships with clients, project teams and stakeholders, providing clear communication and monthly reporting Supporting tender activities, managing design ..... full job details .....
