Multi-Disciplinary Team .Your responsibilities will include

assessing, planning, and delivering care

in collaboration with patients and their families or carers. You will act as the patient''s named nurse, ensuring care respects patient choices and wishes. You will contribute to a team approach to patient care alongside other team members.A competitive salary of up to

£37,439 , depending on skills and experience.Shift Pattern

You will work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.Requirements
