Senior Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Prison Services Location: Staffordshire Job Overview Staff Partners Healthcare requires experienced and dedicated Band 6 Senior Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a multidisciplinary Mental Health Team working across prison establishments in Staffordshire and Worcester. Candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to individuals within a secure environment. You will manage a complex caseload, undertake comprehensive mental health assessments, formulate and review care plans, deliver specialist interventions, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, prison staff, and external agencies to ensure continuity of care. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant difference to a vulnerable patient population while working within an integrated offender health service committed to recovery, rehabilitation, and reducing health inequalities. Main Duties of the Role Undertake specialist mental health assessments and risk assessments. Manage and coordinate a caseload of patients with complex mental health needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans. Deliver evidence-based mental health interventions in line with national and local guidelines.
