Proclinical is seeking a Senior Medical Affairs Associate to support integrated insights processes and innovative programs within the HIV therapeutic area. This role involves analyzing and synthesizing data to generate actionable insights that inform strategic and tactical decision-making. The position requires strong collaboration skills and attention to detail, with a focus on operational excellence and innovation. Responsibilities:Support the integrated insights workflow, including data capture, synthesis, and reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive medical insights initiatives that inform planning and strategy.Analyze internal and external data sources to identify themes, trends, and implications.Ensure governance, quality control, and compliance in insights documentation and reporting.Contribute to innovation initiatives, including AI-enabled analytics and enhanced insights generation capabilities.
