Senior Mechanical Project Manager
to join their team and work closely with the Head of Projects.This role offers a blend of site-based and remote working and is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on project delivery and strategic oversight.The you will generally spend 2 days a week in Oxford, 2/3 days in London or Working from home.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a £1M hospital refurbishment project in Oxford (including chillers, pipework installations, crane lifts, etc.) – 2 days/week on-siteOversee a smaller London-based project with remaining time split between site visits and working from homeProvide mentorship and guidance to junior Project ManagersConduct regular site inspections and ensure all work meets quality and compliance standardsMaintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and on-site presenceEnsure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetUphold health and safety standards (SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS required)About YouMinimum 10 years’ experience within mechanical contracting or building servicesBackground as a time-served mechanical tradesperson – hands-on experience highly valuedStrong technical knowledge of mechanical systems (heating, ventilation, chilled water, etc.)Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and support less experienced PMsExcellent organisational, leadership, and communication skillsSalary and BenefitsUp to £80,000 per annum (depending on experience)£5,000 Car AllowanceTravel Expenses20 Days Holiday + 8 Bank HolidaysPension SchemeCompany Laptop and Mobile PhoneClear route for career progressionPlease contact
