The initial project is a -10m commercial fit-out scheme , currently in pre-construction and due to commence on site in November . The successful candidate will take responsibility for the mechanical package from the pre-construction phase through site delivery, commissioning and final handover. The Role As Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the mechanical package, working closely with the client, consultants, commercial team, design team and site management.
