Senior Mechanical Project Manager - Commercial Fit-OutCentral London 85,000- 100,000 + Package (DOE)We are currently working with a well-established 80m turnover MandE contractor looking to appoint an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major commercial fit-out project in Central London.The initial project is a 10m commercial fit-out scheme, currently in pre-construction and due to commence on site in November. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the mechanical package from the pre-construction phase through site delivery, commissioning and final handover.The RoleAs Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the mechanical package, working closely with the client, consultants, commercial team, design team and site management.Key responsibilities will include:Taking overall responsibility for the mechanical package from pre-construction through to completionManaging design development, procurement and programmeOverseeing mechanical subcontractors and site teamsEnsuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality requirementsManaging client and consultant relationshipsWorking closely with the commercial team on costs, variations and procurementChairing and attending project, design and progress meetingsManaging commissioning, testing and handoverEnsuring all works are delivered in accordance with health and safety requirementsIdentifying and managing ..... full job details .....
