Senior Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Contracts Manager Location: Central London Salary: 85,000 - 95,000 + Full Benefits Package Sector: MEP / Building Services Project Values: 10m - 20m MEP A well-established and highly reputable MEP Contractor operating across London is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team. With an annual turnover of approximately 70m, the company has an excellent reputation for delivering shell and core and fit-out projects across the residential, high-end residential, hotel and commercial sectors, with a particularly strong track record in residential, high-end residential and hotel projects. Projects are predominantly based in Central London, with typical MEP project values ranging from 10m to 20m. The Role The Senior Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Contracts Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of major mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team, the Senior Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Contracts Manager will take responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, to budget and to the required quality standards.
