Your new role Project Coordination: Manage all mechanical projects from inception to completionDevelop project plans, schedules, and budgetsOversee the design, development, and execution of mechanical systemsTeam Management:Organise and supervise site and operational staff.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports.Client Engagement:Engage with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.Address client concerns promptly and meet their needs throughout the project lifecycle.Resource Management:Measure progress and resources required to meet project expectations.Procurement of plant, materials, and labour.Financial Oversight:Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial forecasts and budgets are accurate and timely.Manage gross and net profit on projects.Quality Assurance:Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.Develop risk assessments and safe systems of work.Reporting and ..... full job details .....
