Senior Mechanical Project Manager - EnergySector: EnergyLocation: UK-wide - Office in MerseysideEmployment: Permanent The RoleWe are working with a growing UK engineering contractor looking for an experienced mechanically biased Project Manager to support major projects across its Energy division.The role would suit someone from a strong mechanical, MandE or building services background who has progressed into senior project delivery and is comfortable managing technically complex, multi-discipline projects.Projects can include renewable energy, decarbonisation, BESS, Solar PV, energy centres and wider MandE infrastructure. Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from pre-construction and mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.Take responsibility for programme, budget, commercial performance and project delivery.Manage mechanical packages alongside electrical, civils and specialist subcontractors.Coordinate Design, Commercial, Procurement and site delivery teams.Manage subcontractors, suppliers and project resources.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Manage project risks, variations, forecasting and cost control.Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and handover.Support tendering and pre-construction activities.Provide leadership and support to Project Managers and site teams.Experience RequiredStrong background within mechanical engineering, MandE or building services.Proven Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or ..... full job details .....
