Project Manager / Senior Electrical Project Manager

to join our Uddingston office and lead the delivery of exciting projects across Glasgow and beyond.The Role

As Project Manager, you won’t just be overseeing projects, you’ll be

leading teams, building relationships, and shaping the future of our work . You’ll take ownership from start to finish, ensuring projects run safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards, while supporting the development of your people and spotting opportunities to grow the business.What you’ll be doing

Leading site teams and ensuring compliance with HandS, environmental and quality standardsManaging budgets, reporting, and delivering projects on time and within scopeOverseeing variations and tendering additional works when requiredMentoring your team, driving performance, and encouraging growthBuilding strong client relationships that create repeat opportunitiesOffering technical support to clients and site teams throughout project deliveryWhat you’ll bring

Proven MandE project management experience with strong mechanical expertiseHNC (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering or related discipline preferredCommercial, design, financial, and delivery know-how across contractsStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsA proactive, client-focused approach with a passion for qualityWhat in it for you
