This is a key leadership role overseeing the mechanical package on a high-value, technically complex development. You''ll be responsible for managing the project from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the mechanical delivery of a large-scale M&E project from inception to completion. Manage site-based Mechanical Project Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors. Coordinate mechanical services with electrical, civil and main contractor teams.
