This is a key pre-construction role, taking ownership of tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission and handover to the project team. The Role Prepare detailed mechanical and HVAC estimates Review drawings, specifications and tender documents Complete take-offs and build accurate cost plans Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations Price labour, materials, plant and specialist packages Identify risks, exclusions and value-engineering opportunities Produce competitive tenders and commercial proposals Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams Support tender reviews and handover to delivery teams Mentor junior estimators where required The Candidate Strong experience in mechanical / HVAC estimating Background with an HVAC, air conditioning or M&E contractor Good knowledge of: Air conditioning VRF / VRV Ventilation Mechanical b...
