You''ll be responsible for preparing estimates for new-build mechanical projects, reviewing drawings and specifications, completing material and labour take-offs and building competitive tender prices. The company works on everything from individual houses and residential developments through to apartment schemes, care homes, schools and commercial buildings, as well as providing aftercare. This is a senior position where you''ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and work closely with design, purchasing, clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have previous mechanical estimating experience, with a strong understanding of mechanical building services.
