This is an opportunity for an experienced estimator with a strong mechanical construction background to take a senior role within the estimating team, supporting accurate project pricing, cost forecasting and commercial submissions. The Senior Mechanical Estimator position come with a hourly rate from -75.00 to -84.00 inside IR35. Role responsibilities and key skills for the role: Lead and support estimating activities across assigned bid teams, including managing estimating workload and resources. Prepare accurate costings for materials, labour and equipment through detailed review of drawings and specifications. Review contract submission requirements and ensure all financial information and compliant design proposals are accurately captured. Establish and agree key plant rates, working closely with engineering and planning teams to agree construction methods, outputs and plant selection. Analyse subcontractor quotations and manage the preparation of preliminary and general expense pricing, including plant schedules and risk assessments. ... Contract
