Purpose and Scope of the Role As a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you will support and enhance project delivery across a diverse portfolio spanning sectors such as life sciences, defence, education, commercial and renewable energy. You will lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services, managing multiple projects or work packages with minimal supervision. The role involves full lifecycle design responsibility, including calculations, specifications, drawings, site inspections and construction-stage duties, while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
