Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in the development of precision mechanical systems for next-generation drug delivery products, taking designs from early-stage concepts through to high-volume manufacture. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of designs from concept through to production- Develop precision mechanical components and assemblies Produce 3D CAD drawings and supporting documentation Support prototype builds, testing, and engineering investigations Apply DFM and DFA principles to optimise designs for scalable production Assess tolerance stack-ups and the impact of manufacturing variation on performance Key Skills & Experience: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline Previous experience developing medical devices is a must Strong 3D CAD skills Knowledge of injection moulding and high-volume manufacturing processes Understanding...
