Key Responsibilities: Lead the mechanical design and development of antenna systems and RF equipment Perform structural, thermal, and vibration analysis to ensure product performance in harsh environments Deliver detailed designs using CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks, Siemens NX, or similar) Conduct and review engineering calculations (stress, strain, fatigue, thermal performance, etc.) Support environmental qualification testing (vibration, shock, thermal, IP ratings) Ensure designs meet military and aerospace standards (e.g. DEF STAN, MIL-STD) Collaborate with RF, electronics, systems, and manufacturing teams to optimise designs Lead or support design reviews, technical governance, and documentation Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers Support manufacturing, suppliers, and production teams, including DFM/DFA activities Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities Job Requirements: Essential: Degree-qualified in Mech...
