Our client are looking for Senior / Principal Mechanical Building Services Contract Engineer to join their growing team in Cardiff. The responsibilities of the role are:Client briefing and stakeholder management. Mechanical specification and equipment schedules writing.Undertake heating, cooling and ventilation calculations.Produce, and manage others to produce, detailed calculations using industry standard digital tools.Work in partnership with the client''s global technology centre (GTC) to add value to building services projects.Represent the client at meetings with clients and contractors.Carry out site surveys and site progress reviews.Manage project delivery.Assist in the development and mentoring of others ..... full job details .....
