Your Role:

• Take the technical lead on mechanical design projects from concept to production.

• Develop innovative engineering solutions for complex subsea applications.

• Produce detailed designs, calculations, and documentation to ISO 9001 standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Provide technical support to production, sales, and customer service teams.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

What You''ll Bring:

- A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years'' experience in mechanical engineering design.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, materials science, and power transmission.
- Proficiency in 2D andamp; 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and Finite Element Analysis (ANSYS).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, and NDT requirements.
- Ability to solve problems, manage projects, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
