This role is full-time and permanent, and the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and successful delivery of bespoke Engineering projects across a variety of markets including pipelay, handling systems, subsea technology and defence equipment. Responsibilities: Act as the technical lead of a team of engineers and take ownership of design authority to ensure successful delivery of projects, within a specified time frame and budget to specification and quality standards. Supervise, coach, mentor and provide support to a team of Engineers when required. Ensure the team clearly understand their responsibilities throughout the full project lifecycle from concept through to installation, making key decisions, approving and reviewing deign documentation with the design team.
