Unlike a traditional consultancy role, you''ll work alongside the construction, BIM, commercial and delivery teams, so you can see your designs built rather than stopping at the drawing stage. The Role You''ll take ownership of the mechanical design on office and commercial fit-out projects, developing it through RIBA Stages 2 to 5. You''ll be involved from early design reviews and tender support through to detailed design, coordination and construction.
