The multidisciplinary nature of the business means you''ll collaborate with professionals across multiple disciplines, giving you far greater project exposure than a traditional engineering consultancy.

The Role

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you''ll take ownership of projects from feasibility through to completion whilst supporting and mentoring junior engineers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the mechanical design of building services projects.
• Producing detailed HVAC, public health and sustainable building services designs.
• Carrying out calculations using industry-standard software.
• Preparing specifications, reports and technical documentation.
• Attending client and design team meetings.
• Coordinating with architects, structural engineers and wider project teams.
• Managing project delivery, budgets and programme deadlines.
• Mentoring Graduate and Intermediate Engineers.
• Supporting Associates and Directors with project delivery and client relationships.
• Assisting with technical reviews and quality assurance.

What We''re Looking For

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Experience within a UK Building Services Consultancy.
• Strong HVAC and mechanical building services design experience.
• Good understanding of current Building Regulations and British Standards.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Chartered status (or working towards) would be advantageous.
